By downloading, installing, or using GTasksWear ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GTasksWear is a Wear OS application that provides a smartwatch interface for Google Tasks. The App allows you to view, create, edit, delete, and manage tasks synchronized with your Google Tasks account.
3. Google Account Requirement
The App requires a Google account and authorization to access the Google Tasks API. By using the App, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and applicable policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
- Use the App in a manner that could overload or impair Google's APIs.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aditya Dalvi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Google Tasks is a trademark of Google LLC.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Accuracy or reliability of any data displayed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Dalvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or tasks.
- Synchronization errors or delays.
- Inability to access the App or Google Tasks.
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data.
8. Data and Synchronization
While we strive to ensure reliable synchronization with Google Tasks, we cannot guarantee that all changes will sync immediately or without error. You acknowledge that:
- Network conditions may affect synchronization.
- Conflicts between devices may result in data discrepancies.
- The App relies on Google's APIs, which may experience downtime.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking Google API access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
